The Five of Nine Club is delighted to support the 2017 Provincial Grand Lodge's Initiates Dinner at The Manor Hotel.

As you know, each year the Provincial Grand Lodge of Warwickshire holds an event for Initiates at which those Brethren who have been initiated within the past year are invited with their partners to meet the Provincial Team.  This year it will be in the form of a Dinner and will be held at The Manor Hotel, 127 Main Road, Meriden, CV7 7NH on Thursday 12th October 2017, at 7 pm for 7.30 pm.
 
The quality of this function depends on a great deal on the extent to which Acting Provincial Officers "volunteer" their assistance.
 
Reception drinks can be purchased on arrival where you will be able to meet with new members and their wives or partners.  Dinner will be served at 7.30 pm. 
 
The cost will be £30 per head inclusive of wines, the Dinner will be followed by my address during which I will introduce the Provincial Team.
 
I would very much appreciate as much support as possible from Acting Provincial Officers to make the occasion the success it deserves to be.

If you and your partner are able to attend, please complete the application form attached here and ensure it is returned to masons@warwickshirepgl.org by 22nd September 2017, which is the closing date.

I would appreciate the completion of and return of the attached form even if you cannot attend so that an apology can be recorded.

  • Dress will be lounge suits or jacket and tie.
