Have you ever wondered why...?

Why are our meeting rooms called a Lodge? Why is the room is made up as it is? Why is the Tyler named so? What is the significance of the furniture within the room? And so many more...

On Saturday 17th March 2018 at 10am at Alderson House, Warwick it’s time to make such a daily advancement in Masonic knowledge where you will get to find out! We have arranged for the Provinces Current Provincial Junior Grand Warden, W Bro Howard Smith and Past Provincial Junior Grand Warden, W Bro Ian Hart PProvSGW to give presentations aimed at increasing your understanding around the history of our fraternity and help explain just why is it we do certain things, throughout the presentation you will have the opportunity to ask questions and we encourage you to engage and learn.

The event is kindly being hosted by Warwick’s Masonic rooms; Alderson House, High Street, Warwick CV34 4AX, it will start at 10am and will conclude with tea/coffee and bacon rolls at midday, there is ample free secure parking at Alderson House (situated on Back Lane) and it is easily reached by train with just a ten-minute walk from Warwick Train Station, Station Road, to the venue.

This event is open to all Freemasons and the cost for attending is just £5.00 for Five of Nine Club members and £7.50 for non-members, we encourage our members to bring along their Lodge Mentors or Proposer/Seconder who we are sure will also learn a thing or two!
